Lunch  Back on that 21 day fix! I love love love this program. Even when I'm not following it exactly I still use the portion control containers. It's so easy!!!❤️  Here I have 2 greens(veggies) 1 red (protein)   Mixed greens, Brocolli, Brussel sprouts, 1 boiled egg, half a container of diced chicken.  Added some seasoning and delish   Starting a new group in August  10-15 pounds could be gone in only 21 days!!  Want in?! Message me
