Le Creuset omelette pan. My head is spinning from all the research I've done on the best non-toxic cookware. It's a minefield! I've decided to go for enamelled cast iron as it suits my needs best (cast iron would not suit me as it's high maintenance which I know I wouldn't keep up and I cook a lot with tomatoes which you shouldn't do with cast iron, apparently). According to my research, le creuset enamel contains no lead or cadmium, so this should be safe.
