Do you LOVE good spicy food? I love it. But as I have gotten older, it seems my body does not like the effects the seeds, and spices do to it. I found this recipe and changed it up a bit to see if my body would reject. I am happy to say it did not. And all I had to do was take the ingredients and change them somewhat. instead of seeds which found places in my stomach that they did not belong, I used natural oils.
