Iakov Chernikhov, Suprematist Composition (1922). Yakov Georgievich Chernikhov was a constructivist architect and graphic designer. His books on architectural design published in Leningrad between 1927 and 1933 are amongst the most innovatory texts of their time.
Kandinsky - he could see music. Different notes, riffs and instruments had their own color and shape. When I was in first grade our teacher gave us some paper and colored pencils and made us listen to jazz to see if we could see music like Kandinsky. I couldn't but now every time I see Kandinsky's art, I think of jazz - he was a big fan.
