My challenge for you this week is to go to the shops and buy the rainbow. By this I mean, look into your trolley and make sure you can see a RAINBOW of fruits and vegetables!! You don’t need to buy THIS MUCH ... just enough so you can eat. A very general rule is different colours give us different ranges of nutrients.
