Man marks the 70th anniversary of D-Day by having this impressive tattoo on his back. Starting from the top: the Normandy landing, below that the Spitfire planes; below, to the right, the German defense. Below that the tanks, then it's the troops; and finally the landing craft.  In total 75,215 British and Canadian troops and 57,500 US troops were landed by sea on D-Day. Another 23,400 were landed by air; it was the largest seaborne invasion in history.
