Keto Hot Dawgs: I used the original fat head recipe: 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella shredded cheese, 2 tbs of cream cheese, 1 egg, and 3/4 cups of almond flour. I divided the dough by 4 and formed them around the hot dog. I ended up having to cook them upside down because the dough wouldn't stay around the hot dogs. I'm not sure about the time, maybe 12 minutes. I kept an eye on them since it was my first attempt.
