KING OF GLORY The painting is by Theresa, a member of our church. “Who is this King of glory? The question is worth the meditations of eternity. Who is He in person, nature, character, office and work?” (Commentary from THE CROSSWAY CLASSIC COMMENTARIES: PSALMS Vol.1 by Charles Spurgeon.)
HER CHILDREN CALL HER BLESSED This artwork was painted by Theresa, a member of New Beginnings Christian Church (NBCCRVA) in Richmond, Virginia USA. WITH ALL MY HEART The finished artwork is by our pastor, Reverend Greg Harman, and features a few of our church members & friends from one of our past Bible Studies. --- Praise the Lord with more than a song; praise Him with ALL your heart.

THE TRUE LIGHT The drawing is by LiLi, a member of our church. It represents Jesus emitting light into all the world. “Celebrate the Child who is the Light, Now the darkness is over. No more wand’ring in the night. Celebrate the Child who is the Light!” --- Lyrics from a Christmas song we sing at NBCC: “Celebrate The Child” by singer/songwriter Michael Card.
MY OFFERING This art project was a collaboration by Pastor Greg, Alberto & Victoria, who is one of our church pianists. “Take my silver and my gold, not a mite would I withhold; take myself --- and I will be ever, only, all for Thee, ever, only, all for Thee. I am Yours, set apart for You; I am Yours, hungry for Your truth; take my life, You are all I live for; I am Yours.” --- Lyrics from the song “Take My Life And Let It Be/ I Am Yours” which we sing at the end of every service.
EXCEPT IN THE CROSS The sketch is by Frances, one of the founding members of our church. “There is the greatest reason why we should glory in (the cross), for to it we owe all our joys and hopes.” --- MATTHEW HENRY’S COMMENTARY
Painting by Theresa a member of our church. John 3:16 tells us, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, so that WHOSOEVER believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.” Notice in the picture how Jesus is depicted as drawing all people to Himself? All types, all colors, all backgrounds. As John 3:16 refers to them: "WHOSOEVER."
ONCE AND FOR ALL Created by LiLi Pham from NBCC using colored markers. The drawing depicts the stone rolled away with a lamb looking into the tomb. Jesus was the final sacrificial Lamb. Before Jesus died for our sins, people reconciled their sins with God by sacrificing a lamb's life with its blood because in the Bible it says that without shedding of the blood, there is no forgiveness. The lamb in this picture symbolizes hope and life because it does not have to worry about being…
A LORD’S SUPPER Based on 1 Corinthians 10:17. This is actually a scanned image of the original 3D collage created by Pastor Greg for our "ART OFFERING: Visual Meets Spiritual" Exhibit in October, 2010. The artwork depicts the diverse oneness and unity of the church today by using multiple images of Jesus at the iconic Last Supper. The scroll in the top, right corner reads: "For we, though many, are one bread and one body." --- 1 Corinthians 10:17

Laughing and giggling and joking around should be part of your relationship--because it's good f...
THE GREATEST… IS LOVE Sketch by “Sasha” DaQuan Tyler from our church. "(Faith, hope and love:) these will all shine forth in the most glorious splendours in another world, and there will love be made perfect; there we shall perfectly love God. And there shall we perfectly love one another." --- From Matthew Henry's Commentary, Zondervan Publishing.
BORN AGAIN This colorful sketch is by Theresa from our church. The original was drawn inside the cover of a bible our church sent to someone in the military a few years back. “Our transformation will come through the grace of God that is bestowed on us as we surrender our lives to Him.” --- Commentary on John 3:3 as noted in the SPIRITUAL RENEWAL BIBLE, Zondervan Publishing.
CONTINUALLY The artwork is by Alberto from our church. Alberto commented on the drawing, “The original artwork was a doodle I made during my lunch hour/study time in the Food Court. Not fancy, but from the heart. I was inspired by the verse in Psalm 34:1 and by my father. He took trumpet lessons in middle school and began playing in church when he was a teenager. To this day Dad still worships the Lord with his trumpet.”
FAN OF CONFESSION? #8 in the “What Are You A Fan Of?” series created by Deb, a member of our church. “Sin hides in darkness and silence, gathering energy for its work. Confession brings sin into the open where its power is broken.” --- Commentary from the SPIRITUAL RENEWAL BIBLE, Zondervan Publishing.
