Perhaps it should say “13 Goals for a Wiccan”  simply because of the last line of honoring the Goddess and God.  Not all Witches are Wiccans.  Not all of us follow deities or have a Goddess and a God.  Just sayin.  Nor do all of us care about Nature.  ::s
