Pumpkin Pie is my favorite, and this lovely pie couldn't be easier. I start with a good quality store-bought, frozen pumpkin pie and put it in the oven as suggested on the box. Then, I use frozen pie crusts and some tiny cookie cutters to produce a few dozen of these small leaves, sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar, add to the pie about 20 min before it's finished baking.
