Lemony Cashew-Basil Pesto 1 clove garlic; 3 tbsp lemon juice; 3/4 tsp sea salt; 3/4 tsp dry mustard; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp water; 1 cup cashews; 2.5 cup fresh basil; 225 grams dry pasta Puree garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt, oil and water in food processor or blender.
