<3....the hard part is stopping. then really absorbing the greatness in nature...in people...it is actually quite astounding and peaceful. it is our minds that hold too much clutter just stop, breathe and look around. <3
This reminds me of a TED talk on synthetic happiness. To sum it up, by telling yourself that you are happy through synthetic happiness, you actually become a happier and more satisfied person. Our minds work in interesting ways doesn't it?
