Hummingbird Layer Cake by Bakerella. Ended up making this twice. The first try I substituted applesauce for oil and the cake was too dense. I re-baked the next day and realize that I had used baking powder instead of soda on the first try. Baking it the second time I used 10 ounces of crushed pineapple and only two bananas instead of 3. Baked the layers for about twenty eight minutes. mine didn't look as pretty as the pictures, but still tasted delicious. There was lots of extra frosting.
