Simply Blend: 1 ripe peach 1/4 cup light coconut cream (leave coconut milk in fridge overnight and just use the thick cream part) 1 cup cashew milk or almond milk 1/2 frozen banana 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein (I use Sunwarrior) 5 drops vanilla creme stevia OR 1/4 tsp vanilla  2 packets stevia optional: 2 caps vegan probiotics  3-5 ice cubes  ***top with 1/4 granola
