Queen Victoria (1819-1901) | The Royal Collection - She is wearing the Sapphire and Diamond brooch given to her by Albert. Her diamond necklace and ear pendants were a gift to her from the Sultan of Turkey. She is also wearing the small collar of the Garter. This miniature was done by Haslem, and was based on a portrait by Winterhalter.
