Acdamenia heterophylla. Compact shrub. Blooms most of the year especially winter. Leaves lemony smell when touched. Despite delicate appearance, very tough, waterwise and easy to grow. Slow growing, so take care it is not overgrown by neighbouring plants – give it space and cover soil with thick layer of compost / mulch. Alkaline-tolerant. 50cmx60cm Source: Indigenous plant palettes' ~ Marijke Honig
Erica cameronii. Photo Ross Turner Erica cameronii is a prostrate, woody shrub, typically growing to a metre in diameter, although plants in areas protected from fire, may develop into much larger plants. It forms dense, multi-branched mats spreading against boulders, with older specimens producing a thick, woody, tree-like trunk.
