"Gull Cottage" from 1947 film, "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir". The movie was filmed entirely in California (though set in England); built in Palos Verdes by 20th Century Fox's production department & taken down after filming ended, the set had no running water or electricity, & ceilings were removable to accommodate lights & sound equipment.
