Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook for another 10 minutes, or until brown. Add 1 26oz can of crushed tomatoes, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup sliced basil leaves. Reduce on medium heat for 25 minutes until sauce thickens. Top of with 1/4 cup shredded pecorino Romano.
