Lately I've been adding @vega_team Chocolate Protein and Greens to my Chocolate Shakeology and it's the BEST combo! Add a banana water and ice and blend!! It's a full meal replacement (about 450 calories). Weak made Strong tank by @milkandhoneytees
Sometimes #progress and #balance means Oreos on your pancakes #glutenfree of course. I'm definitely an advocate of eating clean most of the time but I'm also enjoying the freedom of tracking #macros and seeing better progress than ever before!!
