Sometimes #progress and #balance means Oreos on your pancakes #glutenfree of course. I'm definitely an advocate of eating clean most of the time but I'm also enjoying the freedom of tracking #macros and seeing better progress than ever before!!
Today is #lowcarbday and also DAY 1! One thing I can't get out of my head is that none is this would be possibleif I hadn't become a coach a little over a year ago ... WHAT? It's true ... I met each of the ladies who have influenced my personal growth BECAUSE of Beachbody I am so thankful I took that leap!
Just putting some feelers out there.. I have SO been enjoying carb cycling and intermittent fasting and although those words sound like "what is she SAYING?" it's truly not that complicated! Could you see yourself benefiting from a program where you eat MORE and work out strategically to lose fat? If so let me know in the comments I might consider putting a program together based on what I've learned from my personal trainer.
