Early to mid 1700s pocket. The front of this colourful pocket is made from two pieces of fine plain weave linen embroidered with red, green, yellow, blue and pink wool in a variety of exuberant flowers, stems and leaves. The back is made from one piece of the same linen. A plain weave linen tape is used for the binding and the ties.
