Main workout: 10 Push ups (modification: push up on knees or on wall) 20 crunches (mod: 60 seconds/count plank; on knees, or on wall) 25 squats (Increase intensity- jump squats 20 alternating lunges;20 per leg (mod: lunge in place then switch) 80 jumping jacks (mod:feet tap out without jumping) 60 second wall sit 60 second rest Repeat 3x or as many as you can do in 30 minutes  This workout should last 45 - 60 minutes if you do everything with proper form for the indicated time.
