  • 6 Golden potatoes
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Onion, large
  • 1 Tomato, large
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tsp Adobo seasoning
  • 1 Cayenne pepper - optional
  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder - optional
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Salt to taste - optional since the adobo has salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Refined coconut oil, organic
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 6 Tortillas - i used my homemade flour tortillas
