Super Healthy, Chewy No-Bake Oatmeal Bars 2 cups quick oats 2 tbsp ground almonds 4 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes dried cranberries, chopped coconut oil 6 tbsp honey. A little less honey next time. Overly sweet for my taste.

Mix Dry:  -2 cups of Rice Flour (or i like to puree oatmeal into a oat-flour if you can tolerate it.)  -2 tbsp Baking Powder  -1 tbsp Baking Soda  -2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar (or sugar substitute)  -1 tsp nutmeg  -1 tsp cinnamon    Mix Wet:  -2 eggs  -2 tbsp vegetable oil  -1 cup of milk (or orange juice if have a milk sensitivity)  -1 1/2 cups of grated or puree'd baby carrots (i prefer baby carrots because they give more of a natural sweetness and moistur    *And if you want it really healthy…
