  • 1 tbsp Coriander, ground
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Lime, zest
  • 2 Tomatoes medium, cored, seeded, and coarsely chopped, about 1-1/2 cups
  • 1 Yellow onion, large

  • 1 cups Coconut milk, light
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
