Electric Pressure Cooker HAWAIIAN BBQ CHICKEN: Put 2 cups Pineapple in pot. Mix 1 cup BBQ Sauce, 1 cup Coconut Milk & up to 1Tbsp Chili Flakes. Dip 2-3Lbs raw Chicken pieces into this & add to pot. Pour remain sauce over. Program cook time for 10 min. Release pressure chicken. Turn on browning feature& reduce sauce to thicken. Garnish w/Coconut Serve w/Rice.
Pressure Cooker Beef Stroganoff || Brown 3.5 lb of 3 in cubed chuck roast. Add 1 lb sliced mushrooms and 2 C chopped onions to the pot, saute until translucent. Stir in 11-oz. beef broth, 1/3 C of ketchup, 2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 bay leaf, garlic salt, kosher salt, and ground pepper. Cook in high pressure for 30 min, then use natural pressure release for approx.15 min. When finished, add 2 Tbsp flour and 1/4 C water to thicken. Add 8 oz sour cream, stir. Serve over egg noodles.
