Tiras de Frango ao Molho de Limão (light).  Tempere 200g de peito de frango em tiras, com azeite, 1 pitada de sal, 1 pitada de tomilho desidratado, 1 colher de óleo de soja. Deixe marinar por 30 min;  Enquanto isso, faça o molho: Derreta 1 colher (sobremesa) de margarina ou manteiga, doure 1 dente de alho picado;  Adicione 10g de farinha de trigo, mexa até dourá-la;  Acrescente 15 ml de vinho branco, depois 150ml de água, mexa bem;
