March's theme, "I'm Worth It" focused on improving self esteem. Members designed their own deck of cards with words and pictures how they take care of themselves, what things make them feel better, how can they help others, what their family can do to help them feel good, ending with positive words that help motivate them. They decorated all 52 cards!

10 Steps to Self Esteem: know yourself, understand what makes you feel great, recognize things that get you down, set goals to achieve what you want, develop trusting friendships that make you feel good, don't be afraid to ask for help, stand up for your beliefs and values, help someone else, take responsibility for your own actions, and take good care of yourself.
If children are not brought up to feel good about themselves and valued they will have low self esteem and a negative outlook. If children don't have the opportunity to meet and interact with different people or activities, this will also have an impact on their social and emotional skills.
