Opened in 2007 Pop's is a gas station and restaurant featuring a selection of over 500 varieties of soda pop.<br /> <br /> In the windows are glass shelves lined with Pops' rainbow of sodas.<br /> <br /> The world's largest pop bottle is 66 feet tall and weighs over 4 tons.  At night the LED lights transform the sculpture into a fantastic light show of changing colors.

The Soulsby Service Station on Route 66 in Mt. Olive Illinois was built in 1926 and remained in operation by the Soulsby family until 1993. The new station owner is working with the Soulsby Station Society and the Illinois Route 66 Association to maintain this classic filling station as a historical and educational attraction.
