OR  1 cup kefir, 1/2 cup raw whole milk (would have used cream but ran out), 2 eggs, maple syrup to taste, 1 tbsp cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg. I share with my sons (who are always cautious of what I give them knowing I always experiment with ways to get kefir and other probiotics/prebiotics into them). They approved and finished a cup in less than a minute!
