Killing me or making me stronger?

Dear Inspiration-- I don't know whether to cry or laugh at this quote! ---->> I can't tell if it's killing me or it's making me stronger. Feels like this has been the story of my life for a long time, but you have to stay strong no matter what.

Be aware no matter what you do in life, someone out there will criticize you, your work, your idea, your dreams, the way u look, act and what u say. You can never really please everybody. If you see truth in some criticism, use it to your advantage and better that aspect of your life, be thankful. Criticism you believe is made out of spite or jealousy... criticism that is not constructive; do not give room in your thoughts. Believe in yourself, the people that matter will too…

There is only one way to avoid criticism: do nothing, say nothing, and be nothing. -Aristotle (i. you can't avoid criticism so you must just learn to accept it and go on with your life. Accept yourself flaws and all).
