1/2 cup cornstarch, 1 cup baking soda, 3/4 cup water, a small saucepan, and a spoon. Heat the mixture over medium heat and stir constantly. Bake at 250F (121C)  for 30 minutes...longer if project is thick.

HOW TO FIND A LOST DOG . it may or may not work but if you've lost an animal this seems like a good thing to try. I hope no one (including myself) never HAS to try this, but in case.
