Sweet Hummel figurine boy with three rabbits called Playmates. This figurine is stamped with the 2nd full bee - This particular stamped full bee was used between 1950 and 1959. It is sometimes found in an incised circle, as is this one. The underside is also marked 58/0 77 and with what looks like a 7 but could be an L. Also marked West Germany. The signature of Sister M.I.Hummel is incised on the base of this piece. This piece is in excellent used vintage condition. There are also some...

«There was a table set out under a tree in front of the house, and the March Hare and the Hatter were having tea at it; a Dormouse was sitting between them, fast asleep. The table was a large one, but the three were all crowded together at one corner of it. "No room! No room!" they cried out when they saw Alice coming. "There's plenty of room!" said Alice indignantly, and she sat down in a large arm-chair at one end of the table.» Illustrator - Veronika Milenina. Tea party

Funny rabbits I just encountered this clever and amusing image in a French database of medieval manuscripts. It shows three rabbits running in circles - with shared ears. There is nothing much to this drawing from a book-historical point of view, except to say that it has an Escher-feel to it. In fact, I am not even sure what it means to convey. I am simply sharing it here because the ear entanglement is so cleverly done - and the whole scene brought a big smile to my face. Pic: Arras, ...

Simple, elegant girly candle. A small white rabbit sitting there with three pink shimmering eggs, with a touch of shiny pink ribbons.

( - p.mc.n. ) the familiar 'rabbit/hare trinity' -- here labelled "Unser seindt vier" [We are four/there's four of us]. from the album amicorum of Frederick IV of the Palatine [UB Heidelberg, Pal. Ger. 619 -- this is f.47v. entries are dated 1582-1605]. Here we have an interesting association with the motif of the 2 fools who say "we are three" -- making the viewer by his/her puzzled inquiry the 3rd! The hare also has traditional associations of folly -- cf. Eng. "mad as a march hare"

Not too late to plant these bulbs -- and deer and rabbits won't eat them! Love spring and summer snowflakes.

Photo by Franzphoto/Alamy There's an incredible amount of calls for attracting coyotes. But when the typical rabbit distress screams don't work, try these three calls to lure in more dogs.  Sitting Target The Call: Antelope fawn cry. The Hunt: Set up 400 yards away from a grazing herd. Place your caller 30 to 40 yards in front of you to the right or left, depending on wind. Get your backside against some cover and turn on the caller.
