Fitness With Finesse: The Official Grey’s Anatomy Workout Game

Couch to 5K workout plan. I re-wrote this and added stars. You do each workout 3 times a week,whatever week you are on. I will color in a star indicating how I feel after each workout.     Red- Could not finish workout   Yellow- finished, but miserable.   Green- Finished, feel great!     Once I am done, I am hoping to have all green stars on week 8 & 9 :)

I workout at home in the #shredshed but it is not your typical home gym. We  went all-out and built our ideal gym environment in a separate building on  our property. Since I am a trainer, it is part home gym, part private  studio. I can train clients in a studio environment without the monthly  overhead. For me, spending more on building my own gym made sense. About a month ago I decided I needed to change the way I was living my life. I decided to start eating clean (mostly) and I started doing PiYo. I am 5 weeks into the program and I am loving it. I feel so much better. I have more energy. I also have Graves' disease and I haven't had any symptoms in weeks. I believe eating clean and exercising daily is the reason why.
