This would be what dinner on day 1 of my 3 day cleanse looks like, not too bad huh? Mixed veggie stir fry with garlic + ginger + seasame seeds, veggie broth w/ grated ginger & vanilla refresh (plant based protein deliciousness). Made some seitan & long grain brown rice for my husband and kids and viola! Starting to feel less bloated already!
