corn by Helen Cathcart - I like to peel back the husks and remove the corn silk and then add butter and spices like thyme, parsley, garlic powder salt and pepper and some times some fried hickory smoked bacons crumbs - then pull the husks back up over the corn and put in the microwave - time depends on how many, you'll just have to try it a few times to get it right... you won't regret the time and effort, it's that good...
