The Good White Loaf (We liked it) Kind of like a Artisan or French bread. Crusty soft white bread. She makes it look hard with her list - but it's not. Add everything to your kitchenaid/bosch mixer and let it mix and knead for you. 8 cup flour, 2 1/2 cup lukewarm water, 4 t. kosher salt, 1 T. yeast (i used saf). Oven - 450F. first time, 350F. second time. I cut the recipe in half and it works out just fine.
I replicated this with a few packages of crescent rolls, brushed lightly with an egg wash, and served it with herb butter. It was very easy to pull apart the individual pieces, and turned out really pretty. Would definitely make again. by shmessa
