I made these refried beans twice in four  days. (July 2 and 5 2014)  They're marvelous! They're fat free in the original recipe, but I added about 2 tbls bacon fat (that I froze after making bacon a while back) and they were sooooo ridiculous! Everyone dipped in and got a bowl-full and just ate them with a spoon.  Nom nom nom.

Want breakfast tomorrow without lifting a finger? Place 2 sliced apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour in 2 cups of oatmeal, 2 cups of milk and 2 cups water. Do NOT stir. Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low. PLEASE SHARE
