Springtime in Iowa always heralded the "mushrooming season". We'd take big bags out for the day, and pretty much gather as many morels as you see here. Mom would dip them in egg and cracker crumbs, freeze most for later in the year and we'd all sit hungrily around the table and consume mass quantities of these delicious memories.

Organic Brown Rice... The staple of Macrobiotics, possibly the most balanced food on the planet. Mixed with a bean/legume, rice becomes a complete protein. That's right folks, no reason to eat meat. Plenty of sources out there for calcium other than dairy products as well... Just saying :) #VeganForLife
