Banh Mi: Ingredients ― rolls; chicken liver pâté; roast pork; cucumber; shallots; cilantro; pickled vegetables ~ cilantro; rice vinegar; sugar; salt; daikon; sweet peppers; carrots; for the sauce ~ carrots; fish sauce; rice vinegar; chili; garlic; sugar. Instructions ― Prepare pickled vegetables. Prepare the sauce. Spread pâté on each ½ bun; add pork & cucumber; top with vegetables; toss onion & coriander with ½ the sauce, place on the sandwiches. My new all time favorite sammy. Super spicy, super sweet! We made the meatballs using ground turkey and it worked great. Be sure to use fresh herbs and chop them well so the flavors all blend together. Enjoy!
