Low carb low fat high protein cheesecake so easy und so gooooood 280g creamcheese 280g low fat greek yogurt 50g whey protein powder (i used vanilla flavoured powder) 120g sweetener (Stevia Xucker Erythrit etc.) (you can add fruits as well e.g. 100g blueberries) 15 drops of vanilla Flavdrops (by @myproteinde) mix all ingredients and bake for 35 minutes at 160 degrees afterwards about 40-50 minutes more at 110 degrees.
