During the presidency of FDR, a popular radio host was able to have influence over the American people with his very popular radio show. Inspired by this, FDR started doing "Fireside Chats" which were his sessions that he used to talk to the American public and create a sense of unity.
Urban decor, like quote blocks (Interserve Outcomes) is cute and decreate for the event. I'm guessing the point of the cafe is so that there are relaxed vibes, and every little bit of information isn't thrown into your face when you walk past. it should be inviting-so small comment plaques around help with the subliminal message-people are more likely to think about the message if they see it on something fresh.
