My first raw vegan wedding cake! Red velvet! Cake is made of beets, figs, tangerine, apple, vanilla and cinnamon. VEGAN CHEESE 2 tbsp vegan margarine 3 tsp flour 4 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp mustard 150ml water 1 pinch chili powder 1 pinch muscat salt  Instructions: melt margarine, stir in flour and slowly add a little water. add nutritional yeast, mustard, spices, salt and remaining water. bring to boil stirring constantly until the desired consistency is reached and remove from heat immediately.

Raw Lemon Cookies 2 cup Cashews 1/4 cup Agave Nectar 3 TBSP Lemon Juice 2 1/2 TBSP Lemon Zest, finely chopped 1 tsp Vanilla Powder 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt DIRECTIONS: 1) Process cashews in food processor until powdery. 2) Add the rest of the ingredients & process on low until dough forms large ball. 3) Scoop out about 1 ½ TBSP of dough.
