Georgetown row houses, Washington D.C. Despite the ill begotten fate of the Baltimore row houses, the Georgetown row houses are now expensive. Mainly because of the area they exist in...public transport exists in the city, and Washington D.C. itself has gotten more hip. Could Baltimore's high density housing get popular again? It is verging on too late though, as time disintegrates poorly maintained structures.
