LAGOS, Nigeria -- Consumers of Sprite and Fanta have more to worry about than rotting teeth according to a Lagos High Court judge, who ruled that the Coca-Cola products could be "poisonous."  The court held that high levels of benzoic acid and sunset additives in the popular soft drinks could pose a health risk to consumers when mixed with ascorbic acid -- commonly known as vitamin C -- according to local media reports.

UK Parents Win Millions of Dollars in ‘Wrongful Birth’ Lawsuit. Parents in the UK have won millions in a so-called “wrongful-birth” lawsuit, alleging that they would have aborted their children if they had known of their disabilities while they were in the womb.  The Daily Wire reports that the couples filing the lawsuit were awarded 87 million dollars of taxpayer money when the “High Court judge ruled that doctors had been negligent in their cases.”
