Planet to Plate: The Earth Hour Cookbook - One of the images I took on Rob Quirk's cane farm in Northern NSW on behalf of WWF Australia and Earth Hour Australia. Images were used in the cookbook which was produced to raise awareness of the plight that Australian farmers face with the threat of global warming and how it is impacting on their lively hoods and how we as Australians get access to fresh produce. Support our farmers and earth hour.
