It& like a waterfall, except it& all made of light. It& great how light can play with our senses. How light can create things that aren& really there. And it& so hard to convince your brain that it& not.
The temporary “P-Cube” pavilion in the centre of VDNKh Park in Moscow/RUS was designed and realised by the Spanish artist and architect Marcos Zotes from Unstable, a design and research laboratory operating today from Reykjavik, Iceland. The core structure was based on a standard scaffolding system which was covered entirely with a semi-transparent layer of fabric. The ghostly and ephemeral appearance of the pavilion during the daytime became alive with geometric visuals after dark.
‘You Fade To Light’ is an interactive media installation that provokes a kinesthetic dialogue between the viewer and their own mirror image. The work encourages the audience to physically and intuitively experience the creation of light itself.
