Today's mini challenge. Every time you use the bathroom do 10 squats if you can and then drink 10 ounces of water. Keep track and let us know how it went tonight.   The more water you drink on a daily basis means less toxins in the body, clearer skin, healthier hair, a flatter stomach, and just plain feeling better.
