Dinner: Sweet and Sour Chicken (Easy) ~ 2 t garlic salt, 1 t black pepper, 1 beaten egg, 4-6 T flour, 1 1/2 C sugar, 1 cup vinegar, 1 C chicken Broth, 7 T ketchup, 2 T soy sauce, 8 boneless/skinless chicken breasts.  Steps: *Mix all ingredients *Throw everything in the crock pot (crack the lid on the pot once chicken is tender if you want a thicker sauce) *Cook on HIGH 3 hrs
