Put the coriander and mint in the grinder. Add half a glass of water. 2. Start the grinder and make sure the coriander and mint forms a deep green paste-y texture. Add more water if required along with the lime juice and aamchur. 3. Pour into glasses, add salt and honey as needed and serve chilled.
