While the World Is Still Asleep by Petra Durst-Benning is the first book in The Century Trilogy. Take a look at my review. http://bibliophileandavidreader.blogspot.com/2016/06/while-world-is-still-asleep.html
Advent by James Treadwell. This is the first book in a triology. From the first line, the writing style is at times poetic, and other times awkward. The background information is often too complicated to follow and draws from a very broad range of legends (a detriment, in my opinion). However, the characters are compelling and I have enough questions remaining about them that I will likely pick up the next books in this trilogy.
Yes, my accent is real : and some other things I haven't told you by Kunal Nayyar. n the spirit of Mindy Kaling's bestseller "Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?," a collection of humorous, autobiographical essays from Kunal Nayyar, best known as Raj on CBS's #1 hit comedy "The Big Bang Theory."
